These terms cover dispatch text messages sent to our drivers from (914) 219-6845.

Employee dispatch program

This is an employee dispatch program. Drivers receive a text when a motor club job has been taken and assigned to them. Texts may include origin, destination, ETA, and a pictures reminder. These messages are not marketing.

How drivers opt in

Drivers opt in themselves. They may text START, YES, or UNSTOP to (914) 219-6845, or say yes after the shop owner reads the opt-in script posted at https://agtowingservices.com/sms-opt-in/. A driver’s work cell is used for dispatch texts only after the driver has agreed.

STOP, START, and HELP

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or call (914) 273-3363. After STOP we will not send further dispatch texts to that number unless the driver opts in again.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with jobs. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
