This page describes how drivers opt in to employee dispatch SMS. It is operational dispatch only, not marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers.

In-person opt-in

The shop owner explains the system in person and reads this script. The driver must agree (say yes) before their work cell is used for dispatch texts:

You will receive dispatch texts from AG Towing at (914) 219-6845 when a motor club job is assigned to you. Message frequency varies with jobs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Only after the driver says yes is their work cell added to the dispatch system. The shop does not opt drivers in without their agreement.

Drivers may also opt in by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to (914) 219-6845. They then receive this confirmation:
